MEDI-MATE LLC (“MEDI-MATE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) manufactures and distributes professional-use-only peptides and related compounds exclusively to licensed healthcare providers. Due to the nature of our materials and the strict handling requirements necessary to maintain product integrity, all sales are subject to the policies outlined below.

This Refund Policy forms part of the Provider Terms and Conditions governing all purchases made through MEDI-MATE.

All Sales Final

All sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or product send-backs under any circumstance after the shipment has left our facility.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only permitted before an order enters fulfillment. To request cancellation prior to shipment, providers must contact support@medi-mate.com. If the order has not entered fulfillment, a full refund will be issued. If the order has shipped or begun processing, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe an item does not meet the specifications listed on its Certificate of Analysis (COA) at the time of shipment, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Email support@medi-mate.com with order number, product details, and documentation. If confirmed, MEDI-MATE will replace the product or issue a refund.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your shipment arrives with visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for: orders canceled before shipment, verified manufacturing defects, or verified shipping errors attributable to MEDI-MATE.

Storage Requirements

 

Providers are responsible for maintaining proper storage conditions upon delivery.

 

Regulatory Status & Provider Responsibility

MEDI-MATE products are labeled “For Professional Use Only.” Providers are solely responsible for lawful use and compliance.
